WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER FOR MY PET?
The best way to determine size is to measure your pet's neck, chest and
back and use the sizing chart on the listing to determine the correct
size your pet needs.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-7 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
T-Shirts and apparel items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your
order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For
other specialty, sale price and giveaway items, please allow 4 to 6
weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
Some promo items will have tracking numbers and other will not depending
on where they are shipping from. If your item is shipped with a tracking
number, it will be provided to you at the time the item ships.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the
time that your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we no
longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
